Help with my store

Hi, I'm new to the etsy platform, thanks for accepting me in the group. I think I have a problem with my store when I click on the search button to find my store, it does not appear to me, it says that there is no store with that name. I have just 2 weeks with my store. Has someone the same thing happened to me?

That never happened to me. I know this sounds silly but check your spelling. I’m a typist and I know I make mistakes

I agree with checking spelling! Also make sure you're not adding spaces in the name, as this will cause it to not come up even if you're spelling it right. For example, if your shop name was mystore, as Etsy doesn't put spaces in the names for your shop URL, and you put in my store, it would not come up. Look at how your shop name comes up in your store website address and search for it exactly like that. I hope this helps!
