When i first started i ordered some gems, i unfortunately wrote a bad review. The seller contacted me asking why I was not happy and she would try to sort any problems out. I realised it was my mistake that I did not read the details properly. I changed my review with this wonderful lady and she ended up helping me with great adisive, support and she told me how to improve my own shop. I closed down my shop and reopened it with a new shop title, that she had suggested as i asked her to help me come up with a new name. I took all new pictures and policy and procedures. My shop now looks much more impressive and professional.
So i was very impressed with this lady from turning a bad review into her helping me with my shop, and she is still helping me when ever i need advice.
