"SWEET 16" Treasury Game

For those who do not know what this is I'll give a basic run through. Basically, there is a list with 17 spots for shops to sign up. Once all the spots are filled each shop that signed up makes a treasury featuring the other 16 shops.

So for one treasury, you get to be featured in 16!
