I thought a chat thread would be good for sharing just about everything as well as having a good old chit chat while we do so =)

At the moment I am eating cheese and crackers and then I plan to research the restrictions that were on women in the eighteenth century. I have an assignment due next Friday based on the visible and invisible walls in womens lives.

Its gorgeous weather outside today here! And I'm stuck in doors doing work for university haha unlucky. How are things with you?

Hi everyone. I am trying (slacking at the moment) to do my paperwork for this 1st quarter. And I need to work on my paper on a crime that got major publicity. So, I am doing it on Betty Broderick, the housewife who killed her ex-husband and his new wife.

Thank god none of my work is based on statistics lol mine is all theories - english literature, both a blessing and a curse of a subject

I'm trying to get myself organized to open a vintage store on etsy.. Lots of pics to take and a banner.. But first a have to think of a name!

I'm sort of in the same boat Sue although I have quite a while to do it. I'm planning on making stock over summer and then opening a card etc shop in autumn but can't for the life of me think what to call it!

Nope no lightbox, just a little white photography tent and a couple of white light sort of bulbs in my lamps. I used Fotofuze.com to whiten the backgroung =)

I am currently at work, and planning what I want to do for the weekend. I'm seriously considering re-flooring the craft room. As I tried to roll in my chair this past weekend and got stuck in the carpet fibers. Completely random, I know, but it irritated me enough to still be thinking about.

Me grounded on a sea of carpet while I pout and stare longingly at the thread box that's so far out of reach. *Le sigh*

I also have 2 pairs of shoes that I'm about 60% done with up-cycling, that I really should finish.

Oh and I just ordered some fun books on metal working... :) They sound like super fun and will help me get my industrial craft on. WOOT!

I just got looked at like I was crazy because I burst out laughing at the image of you stuck in the middle of the room staring at the thread box lol

I discovered I have another assignment due on the 21st March which I thought was due in April =/ On the upside I finished one assignment today and will be handing it in early tomorrow =)

The only assignments I do anymore are work related. So I can only imagine Carrie, how much longer do you have before you finish? Years/months?

Someday I hope to go back and finish a degree or two. I am seriously impressed with all full time students. Especially now-a-days.

I'm in my second year now Jenn. I have to finish up this year and then I only have one more to go. Its so repetitive that sometimes it drives me a bit mad. I can't wait to be finished and be able to concentrate on my business full time!
