Getting set up?

I Just started a craftlaunch account and website. I was wondering what CL means when they offer professional help to get me set up? Does this mean an actual human will contact me and walk me through the setup? Or do I just have to follow the steps online?

Hi! We are loving our Craftlaunch website. So easy and looks nice. I do have a questions regarding linking to Pinterest. Our URL is with GoDaddy and for the life of me I cannot follow the instructions Craftlaunch gives for them regarding Pinterest! Please help if you have already accomplished this and let me know what I am missing:-)

@Dorothy, it looks like your Pinterest links are all set up--I see the "Find us on Pinterest" link at the top of your site, and each item in your CraftLaunch shop has its own "pin it" link. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to us at http://help.craftlaunch.com!

I'm wondering if I can get an Instagram link on my craftlaunch page? I have the links to pins, fb, and twitter but I'd love an IG because it's by far my favorite for creatives.
