Just a heads up for those here.

It's no big secret. Simply upload your iDevice (iphone, ipod, ipad) to iOS 6 and you will then be able to use Safari to list your items and upload pictures off your device into the listings.

You mean if you update your devices you can upload off your device?

I updated my etsy app on my iPhone just now and with the new update you can list your items now.
