Hi everyone, happy new year! I have 2 questions:
1) Is there a way to have a shop section appear even if there is nothing currently in that shop section (so it would say "0" items)
2) I have at least 4 items that have mysteriously vanished! Folks have either featured them in a treasury or favored them and I can see that in my activity feed-- but they are not in my active OR deactived listings. When I click on the item from the feed that someone favored it says "uh-oh--not found" and when I look at the treasury listing, the item is then not in the treasury.
Any ideas deeply appreciated! (I did contact ETSY but I find they do not answer my question inquiries)
