Hi! - I'm new to all the changes at Etsy after making a "second opening". Here is my problem and my question:
My printer stopped working after Etsy had made a shipping label (that was paid for by me) so I couldn't print it . They gave me a scan bar to take to the P.O. and the P.O. told me they couldn't use that as shipping. They explained that they used scan bars for people who came in with many items to ship because the scan just told the P.O. that the shipping was paid for. I have to say, I kind of wondered why my scan bar wouldn't jut tell them my one item had been paid for but...
I have my new printer now. And wonder if there is someway to go back and print a label that's been paid for already? My poor customer has been patiently waiting (and will get a little treat in her package!) longer than she should have to but I hate to pay the $3.01 shipping twice and to mail it purchased stamps would cost more than that because of course, (or at least supposedly) the $3.01 is a reduced rate because I offer free shipping and adjust the price a bit.
It would be wonderful if I could get a reply today so I can get it in the mail. I've had good luck with CraftNoodle a time or two. : )
