What sizes of tables do you use in 10x10 tent?

I have two 6' tables that I set up in an L shape that allows space behind the tables for me to stand. I busted the legs on one of the tables and am wondering weather I should get another 6' or if something else would be better. Just curious what configuration you guys use?

We use the 6 Ft. Tables that we purchased from Wal-Mart. They have been holding up pretty good for us.

Our configuration is one 6 ft. table on each side of our tent with a smaller table in the back. This allows people to walk into our tent just like it was a real brick and mortar shop.

Hi~
Any ideas for bags/packaging for pillows. I will be in my 1st show next weekend at the Virginia Beach Convention center. my concern is ease of carry pillows after purchase. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

I have 1 6' table and 2 3' card tables. I like having a few of the smaller tables so that I can change around the configuration to suit the venue.

I have a "U" shaped booth. I use 2 6 ft tables on the sides and 2 4 ft tables that can be raised up higher (sold at Sam's Club) along the back. It doesn't leave a lot of space for sitting but that makes me stand more and engage the customers.

Re: What sizes of tables do you use in 10x10 tent?

I have two 5' tables(fold up in the middle plastic kind bought at walmart for $36) which can be lined up for one 10' length and 2 other 5' tables(fold into thirds metal ones bought at thrift store $5 each) that can also be used folded partially down so could be two 3' tables. I can make the U go in or out depending on if there is space between booths to walk around the booth or not. I often have one of the metal one unfolded completely and one folded out partially to make room for my spinning pendant rack. If I ever see anymore of those metal ones at the thrift I am snapping them up, they are ugly as heck but once covered very verstile and super light to carry.

Re: What sizes of tables do you use in 10x10 tent?

I use 4 4 foot tables. It allows for many more table set ups! Usually I make a "z" which gives me 6' in the front of my boot and 2 more tables inside the booth.

Re: What sizes of tables do you use in 10x10 tent?

Each of my shows requires a different set up based on the size of the booth space, so I have one folding 6 ft table and three 2ft x 4 ft tables that rise up to counter height. Sometimes I use them all together. Sometimes I can only use 2. I think it's good to have a variety.

Re: What sizes of tables do you use in 10x10 tent?

I use 48" by 24" folding tables, 2 of which rise up to counter height or can be lowered to a bench height. I have a total of 8 tables and this gives me the flexibility to fit into various sized spaces. In addition, I have a small folding shelf unit that is approx 24" wide x 48" high with shelves that can be folded UP and tied with a zip tie if I need to display something very tall (good for my bolts of fabric). I generally go with an inverted U shape so the customer walks into the booth. I leave 2 feet at one leg of the U for my cash/wrap area where I can stand or sit on my folding counter-height chair.

Re: What sizes of tables do you use in 10x10 tent?

i do a lot of events where the maximum space given is 6x6, so I have a 4 ft table and a 2ft rack for those events. For the events where a 10x10 is allowed, the event organizers often provide the table/chairs/tent, and I bring all of my gridwall to line the sides with.

Re: What sizes of tables do you use in 10x10 tent?

I use 2 6' and 2 4' tables. I kind of do a modified "U" shape. I have a spot in the back where the tables do not meet where I can stand and I have a Sterelite 3 shelf thing that I use for check out. The setup works pretty good for me.

Re: What sizes of tables do you use in 10x10 tent?

I'm getting my first booth space at the end of next month and it's 4 x 6. I have a 4 foot folding table that raises to counter height and a six foot folding table. I think I will put the 4 foot behind the six foot and raise it up full height. I'm not concerned about a place to sit because this show has a central cashier and the second day is during work hours so they don't require the vendor/artist to be present the whole time.

Re: What sizes of tables do you use in 10x10 tent?

I use 3 6' tables, one card table and one 2' square folding table.

Those sizes give me the flexibility to set up in just about any configuration.

Re: What sizes of tables do you use in 10x10 tent?

I use one 3 foot table for my embroidery machine, but I use grid wall displays for displaying my stock. I love that I can configure the grids in several ways. If I am outdoors using my 10x10 tent, I have gridwalls on each side and the back of the tent so customers can come inside the tent and browse.....I have different types of fixtures, hooks and shelves, than hang from the gridwalls. When it is really hot outside my customers (and especially their dogs) really appreciate coming inside for some cool shade. If I am inside at a craft show, rather than use the tables provided, I often group my gridwalls in a triangle of cube..when fastened together they support themselves.

Re: What sizes of tables do you use in 10x10 tent?

I usually do the two 6' tables, however I also have a 3.5' table that I can use just across the front of the tent now and then. I usually just do that for rainy days though! One mama table and one baby table! :-)

Re: What sizes of tables do you use in 10x10 tent?

Last year I only had a 6' table that I kept at the front, and that was fine because I really only sell jewelry. But this year I added a 3' table, and am thinking about getting a second one. I'm branching out into a few additional products for outdoor shows, and needed more table space.

Re: What sizes of tables do you use in 10x10 tent?

Like Angie, I use four 4" x 2" tables. It allows for lots of different configurations depending on how many sides of the tent are open.
I have Lifetime tables which also have 3 height levels as well. So when I do an indoor show in a small space I can bring 2 of them and & set one in front at a lower height for tiered effect.

I usually use 4 - 4 ft. tables (ocassionally 1 - 6 ft.). The heights are adjustable on the 4 ft. tables, so that comes in handy.

Re: What sizes of tables do you use in 10x10 tent?

It depends on the size of the booth and arrangement in relation to other booths. I have the 5' tables from walmart and also a couple of the 3' ones. Sometimes I do a u with table at front and towards the back. At some shows I have found people hesitant to walk into a booth so with tables in middle and people walking on side that draws them in. When I use sides I use grids too and hand mugs on the rid.
