Question on how to display b&b

I am doing a show in a couple weeks for my bath and body products. I'm selling several things including soap, scrubs and solid lotion. For some of these, I make all 3 items in the same scent. I'm torn about how to display these.

I like the idea of all the scrubs with samplers in front so you can go down the line and smell everything and see what you think. But I also think it might encourage people to buy multiple items if I put the vanilla soap next to the vanilla lotion, so you see one when you see the other.

Group by product or group by scent?

Can you make up some "gift packs" with multiple items in the same scent? They might sell well as holiday gifts.

I plan on giving a discount for folks who want all 3 of the same scent. That's kind of what I was thinking too

Maybe display the set in a small basket/bag? I know in stores those sell quick.

I can see the benefit to both . . I would lean towards grouping by scent since I think it would entice people to buy the set for a gift.

I would group by product type. That's what all the stores do so there must be a marketing strategy there. I would have a couple of gift packs all made up with your discount price to encourage people to buy more. Doesnt have to be fancy, just put in a cellophane bag or wrap together with ribbon.
