How do I list local sales I'm attending?

It saw you can mark to show what shows you will be at but where do you list them in your shop? Please help.

It's super easy. Just go to Etsy Local and create an event. It automatically shows up in your shop.

What am I doing wrong? Every time I try to create an event, the Etsy Local Program tries to find a location in Central Ohio instead of Western NY where I am actually located. Eventually It will allow me to change location and I manage to get my event listed. But It has been a struggle so far, not anywhere near as easy as I would hope.

Make sure you search for the event before you create a new event. I've done shows where there were 3-4 different events created for the same show.

I find it extremely difficult if Four Square can't find the venue.

The first time I tried to list a local show, I had to create an account on Foursquare and add the venue. Haven't had to do that since though.

I just list mine on my shop announcements.

But, I really should start listing my upcoming shows with the Etsy local program; that way, folks can see when I'm away from my studio.

Okay, I confess, I went to list an upcoming market at my shop and had to refer back to this thread to remind me how to do it. Definitely not an intuitive process.
