Oh...and for future...just because I just learned this the hard way. If you ever ship something to a country in the EU, you need to either warn your customer or figure out what to do with the cost of the VAT once it gets to Brittain. IF you write the price of the item on the customs form. If it is shown to be a gift, or no price written down, your customer won't have to pay the tax, but you lose any hope of insurance. It can get expensive for them to pick up a package....
