I don't, and I don't think I will. (Sorry if I discourage you!)
Although it's a huge advantage that you can export your existing Etsy shop data to Pattern, Etsy house rules basically apply to Pattern, too.
For example, with Charlie's business, you might want to sell stained glass care kit (polish cloth maybe?). But it's not Handmade/Supply/Vintage, so it will be a no-no on Etsy and Pattern.
If your Etsy shop is shut down by Etsy for any reason, your Pattern shop will be closed, too. And if, if...Etsy goes out of business, I highly doubt they'll keep Pattern open.
So in my personal opinion, Pattern will not work as a backup plan.
I'd go to completely different company's service.
But again, it's just my opinion and many people think otherwise.
