Michelle,
Would have to agree with Lilly on the banner, I think, for your items, it's a little too garish and bright - I think looking purely at the items you're selling, I'd have expected a lighter, more pastel coloured banner. Maybe light blue/pink with italics saying 'Donkey and the Unicorn' with an image or two of your items either side.
Your items and pictures are nice, but I think you could show them off a little more - have you thought about using a model, and dress them in clothes suited to the piece so the person can really envisage where they could wear the piece and how it could suit them? E.g. for your OOAK dramatic retro pink and green chunky necklace, how about get a model to wear it, in 80's style clothing? Maybe neon pink leg warmers etc? You just need to give your pieces a 'feel'. I've been intending to do the same with mine for a while.
Have you thought of getting some stack paper (nicely decorated paper) to photograph your items on... some suited to the item itself? If you look on my shop, my steampunk turtle brooch is photographed on some underwater stack paper, which (I think) gives my item more of a 'feel'.
You have some absolutely lovely items which appeal to me, and others which aren't my sort of style, yet I've noticed all the pieces in the 'featured' part are all of the same style, have you thought of adding more variety there to appeal to more people? For example, I really like your turtle key ring dangler, your bohemian eastern dragon and your Buddha earrings - maybe feature them to get some more 'whimsical' people to your shop?
Just some suggestions, apart from that, I really like your shop :)
