There is a good book entitled "One Minute Millionaire" written by Robert G. Allen and Victor Hansen. In the book, there is an illustration showing how the path to becoming a millionaire starts with a dream, followed by a team and then a theme.
This dream phase is the most important. It's also known as the vision or creative spark that inspires you and others into action. The dream is an essential first step for any journey that is followed by a million steps and actions.
