We are sharing a booth with someone. I heard they they are limiting vendor booths to 15, and they did still have some openings. Either way, worth contacting, b/c if someone isn't at a week, they might fill it with someone else. Very reasonable fee structure. Impressed with the first week turn out at the end of May.

Although it is too late to sign up for this crafts fair, I thought you might want to pay it a visit. The annual Friends of the Littleton Library and Museum Craft Fair has been going on for at least 20 years. Held on the grounds of Ketring Park in central Littleton, it's an always fabulous event, with hundreds of vendors....given the year, it's usually somewhere between 200-300! More info at

We are doing the Colorado Country Christmas Gift Show Nov 6-8th at the Denver Mart. The organizers gave us paper (and I think digital) coupons for admission discount. Let me know if anyone is interested in checking out this show for possibilities of doing it next year. The price to vend it high, but they do allow spaces to be shared if applied for at the same time.

For anyone doing outside shows, Sam's Club has a 10x10 EZ Shade/EZ up set up that includes the tent, 4 side walls, name banner, awning, and a roller bag (maybe weights, can't remember) for $200. Most of the ones we looked at didn't have walls included for that price. Haven't used it yet, so not sure of the exact quality.

The canopy at Sams does not have any weights. I've had mine for 2 years and do 4-5 outdoor events early and it's been great. I'd buy another if needed.
