Colorado Artists & Frida Kahlo Intellectual Property Takedowns

Are there any Colorado artists who have been contacted by the Frida Kahlo Corporation with either takedowns or threats of takedowns?  I am actually attempting to sue the corporation over their TM on the term "Frida Kahlo" (specifically as it relates to dolls), based on the argument that Frida is a historical figure and her name is an intrinsic product descriptor, as opposed to an "official brand use" of the term.

The FKC (corporation) has done many questionable things regarding TM enforcement, so this is a chance to try to stop them from threatening takedowns on Etsy and elsewhere. HOWEVER,  they are now challenging the jurisdiction for the lawsuit (we filed in  Colorado, since I am a CO artist).  If I had information about other Colorado artists who were contacted, it would be of great help to our case.  Part of the reason I am pursuing a suit is to protect the kinds of small artisans that FKC seems to be targeting.

If you are a Colorado artist who has been targeted, or if you know of any, please let me know as soon as possible. If you want to read more about the lawsuit (and the complaint), you can access it from my webpage at www.shopsnapdragon.com. You can also convo me or email me or go to my FB page (Snapdragon Originals).
