Re: Blogs!

My Most recent post - the research behind a photograph in my Etsy shop.

The William F. Beam Family.

William F. Beam is found in the Brown Township, Knox County, Ohio 1880 Census in his father's household. William F. Beam is the son of Casper Beam who was born about 1829 in Germany. In the 1880 census Casper was working as a carpenter. By 1900 William Beam has married Sarah 1873 - 1959. William and Sarah are living in Pike Township, Knox County, Ohio in 1900, and William is working as a teacher. The 1910 Census also Shows William Beam working as a teacher and living in Pike Township, Knox County, Ohio. In 1910 William and Sarah have three children with two living and listed as Leonard and Beatrice.

The William Beam family had relocated to Madison Township, Richland County, Ohio by 1920. William, Sarah and the two children are listed and William is listed as a teacher. The 1930 Census reveals William and Sarah have become empty nesters as they are listed as the only two people in the house and William is still working as a rural school teacher.

Re: Blogs!

I just posted a tutorial for creating a display bowl out of fused plastic toy figures. I had seen a related project a while ago...and figured out a better (and safer) way to do it.

Enjoy!
