I would ask her to return it and if it is different from the item in the images on her receipt(that is, if you sent her the wrong one) I would refund all her costs, or resend the correct item at my expense. If she just changed her mind, I would accept the return at her expense, and either refund the cost of the item minus shipping, or send out her choice at her expense.
Most buyers are trustworthy, know what they want to own and trust that you will ship what they paid for, and know that buying internationally can incur fees. The postal service does screw up a small percentage of shipments but not a lot, in my experience. So, I figure most international sales will go smoothly, and most of the time insurance is a good idea. There are third party insurers that cover a lot of the world.

Visit the websites that were blocked by Avast. When you are finished browsing, restart the Web Shield module by clicking the "Start" button in the Web Shield settings screen where you previously clicked the "Stop" button. Adding Websites to the Exclusions List Step 1

Click the "Expert Settings" button to open the Web Shield settings window. Step 4
Click "Exclusions" at the left. Step 5
Click once in the "enter address" box in the "URLs to exclude section" and type the URL of the website. Step 6
Click the "Add" button to add the website to the Exclusions list. Step 7
Add all websites that you want to visit and click "OK" to save the new settings and close the window.
