Tis The Season

Tis the season for forest fires. The city I live in is covered in a blanket of smoke. It smells like campfire outside,the sun is greyed out from the smoke and the sky is a hazy orange like its dusk....except its barely just noon. It happens every year but today is particularly bad.

Oh no that sounds bad = ( and frightening, hope everyone is safe.

yes I am fine, its starting to clear up. I cant imagine how people with asthma or other respiratory probems  must be dealing with it though

@KittyKittySockDesign I'm so sorry to hear this!  And I hope the fire is out now.  I'm in California and CalFire (that government department who handles CA fires) are now stating that fire season is year round here.  It's scary how much things are changing in our environment.

Yikes! Stay safe. There's several active fires in Northern Alberta right now but the smoke has blown away
