Hey folks, a number of people who use firefox are reporting "missing plugin" problems. This is when you load the room and you get a white chatwagon bar across the top, but everything below it is grey, with a little suitcase that says install plugin. For a lot of people, when the click on plugin, it opens a window that should have a EULA in it (one of those contracts everyone clicks "I agree" to without actually reading). For some reason that page isn't loading, which means that no plugin is found. To fix this, you can go to the Java website, and download the Java update from there. It will prompt you to close your browser for the install, but will restart it, complete with chatwagon. Tada! Link below:
