This is my first post in any team. In fact, this is my first team!
I'm Curt. I illustrate and use photomanipulation to design greetings cards (currently with a slight Steampunk bent) that I then print and sell.
I've been doing this since February this year and often find it frustrating that I don't have nearly as much time to create new designs as I would like in amongst various other jobs I have like teaching for Cadbury World, DJing, stilt-walking, and other illustration work.
As I'm new to teams, could someone please explain what they are? Are they simply communities of like-minded individuals? What do we do? Basically, how do teams work please?
