Shipping Chocolate Truffles issue

Some of my chocolate truffles have top garnishments that protude from the top, like chocolate drizzle chips and bacon. When I ship them the truffles are getting thrown about during transit. There are a few high end chocolatiers online that have certain white trays that look like they securely hold the truffles in during shipment.

Does anyone know of trays for truffles that keep them from moving about? My first shipment arrived at the customers todday and even though they werent melted they were thrown about inside like someone was playing catch with the box and this has devastated me

Pack, pack as tightttttt as you can without squishing your candy. I learned this the hard way. I hope you find a solution.

I also just had a thought - can you wrap them singly? I pain, I know, but it may work. I have had some shipping issues lately as well. Any suggestions on boxes? I cannot use the small priority boxes in many cases and the medium is too big and I do not want to pay the extra cost when the load is not that heavy.

Check some of the baking supply companies or restaurant supply companies. I know they have packaging for candy. I used bakers cash and carry. I agree try to pack as tightly as possible. I usually wrap my candy with shipping paper after I have packaged it and try to make sure nothing moves on the box .
