I've been using the Snippets feature for a few months now. I have a variety of 'stock' messages saved. One, which I send out the following day after someone purchases a pattern. Another, which I send out two weeks later as a check in to see if the purchaser had any problems working up the pattern. And, anotherl one, 3 months later as a final check in if they purchaser hadn't worked up the pattern yet at my 2 weeks check in. Up until today, I've had no complaints and many chatty conversations with other knitters. But, today someone called me out as being spammy and said that Etsy could shut my shop down. I'm looking for advice or thoughts on whether what I'm doing is considered follow up or spam, please? Thank you!
