Problem with a sale...need advice!!

Hi there,
I have a customer that I do custom spinning for. She sends me her fibre and I spin it. This is the 3rd batch that I have done for her. I charge her a flat rate before (like a deposit) and then collect what ever is needed for the complete order after I have finished the spinning. This time I told her I would bill all at once at the end as I have her fibre as collateral...so to speak. She is usually very quick to respond when I send her anything.

I sent her an invoice and I sent a message on the 10th of September. I then sent another message on the 21st of September and today (October 1) I sent another 2 messages, 1 from my store and 1 from my profile to hers. I have not had any response and she has not paid the invoice.

I am concerned not so much about the money as I have her fibre, but more for my customer and what may be happening. I am wondering if anyone else has ever had this experience and what you would do in my place.

Oh no, I certainly hope she is okay!

Have you tried sending a direct email? Maybe her notifications through Etsy got turned off somehow in her settings/preferences?
(But she would have still received the invoice then, so I don't know what may be happening.)

That's all I can think of, sorry to not be of much help.
I hope you hear from her soon and all is well!

I agree ... I sometimes find that the direct email is a sure way to contact buyers ... rather than through "conversation".

I have tried both ways and no luck hearing from her....stumped on what to do!!

I trust your client is ok.

We have two clients from April & May of this year we can't reach. They both paid, but we are waiting for their size in order to ship.

We have tried convo and email and neither work.

The packages sit on a shelf waiting.

On a positive note, we have also had clients who left the country, don't check their emails till they return. We have waited almost three weeks, then they return our emails and we ship.
