How are you getting ready for the busy Holiday season ahead?

To get ready for the Holiday season, I've put all my items in my shop on a 10% off sale and chosen a Christmas banner from Everything Etsy. I'm open for more suggestions.

I've been busy making inventory! some targeted for in person shows, some for here on Etsy. Also getting a number of custom requests, so keeping busy!

I am slightly terrified by this upcoming holiday season. This is my first on Etsy but I was a store manager at a major retalier for 6 years so I know the crazay-ness that goes on with holiday. Any tips from seasoned Canadian Etsy sellers?

The Holiday Boot Camp is great information! It will be my first Holiday on Etsy too + I'm doing a big 10 days Christmas Trade Show in December!!! Big first year for me :)

You may want to print them off and keep them by your computer as the season progresses!

With small kids and the excitement of Halloween I always feel flustered for the Xmas rush....Hoping to avoid the flu this year (and the Norwalk virus we got last year too) and attempt at a productive holiday selling period this time around. Signed up for the boot camp and pumped!
