ship in 2 packages?

Recent order - they bought 3 items
I know for a fact these 3 items will fit in a regional rate A box - worst case scenario - B box.
Anyway, 2 boxes are listed - and the shipping is WAY high. Easily $4 more than it would actually be to ship.
can anyone clarify?

Are you using Etsy's box sizes or your custom box sizes with these options selected on package preferences?

If your custom box sizes and preferences, tnen make sure you have "etsy box sizes" disabled.

If you have package preferences selected what custom box sizes do you have entered?

If your dimensions on these 3 listings are more than the flat rate box size, not sure it will calculate right.

Kathy would be a bigger help on this since she uses flat rate/regional options and I don't.

Unless you have chosen the Package Preferences for Regional and Flat Boxes, the calculator will not consider them. You must also include in your profile the option for Priority Shipping so it can choose these options.

Just wanted to chime in that if you're still having trouble, you can link to either the order or the listings here and we'll look into it.

It's possible that the size you added for the listing is too big for all to fix in the Regional boxes. Did you add the size of the item to the listing, or the size of the box it can ship in?
