Shipping Multiple Items w/ Calculated Shipping

I have my items set up on Calculated Shipping, but when someone buys 3 items, it prices them 3x for shipping, one for each card! When i print a label it's less than half of what I'm charging. All of my items are the same weight/size, but for some reason, with calculated shipping, it's charging as if they're being purchased individually. Can this be avoided somehow?

Re: Shipping Multiple Items w/ Calculated Shipping

Andrea, for cards, you need to set an envelope height - if the envelope you ship the cards in can hold 4 cards then the height you put for the envelope needs to be 4 inches.

The calculator does not read height dimensions below one inch. So even if you have your cards listed at a fraction of an inch, they are being read as 1 inch. So in order to fit more than one of them in a shipping envelope, the height on the envelope needs to be enough to fit multiple inches.

I had the same problem as Andrea this week...3 items, 3 x shipping costs. What we do in that case?

Myriam, this team is only for Calculated Shipping questions. You are in Canada and CS is only available in the US. You would need to contact Etsy with your shipping problems or post in the regular forums for help.

Sorry, we can't help you here.
