First Class Mail

Hi, in my calculated shipping profile I Include both domestic and international First Class Mail option. But when I log out and checked the price for delivery to Australia it was obviously showing only Priority Mail price, and during check out it was only possible to choose from Prioprity Mail and Priority Mail Express, which costs twice as First Class Mail would cost. It there any particular reason for this to happen? I like your prototype, but when I can't offer all the options, especially cheapest one, it's not convenient

I just tried one of your listings and put in Australia and it gave me First Class International first. In the cart drop down I could see Priority but it was definitely FC first.

I tried the first listing, I think it was a coat. And I tried a neck thing. Both showed FC. The back pack only showed Priority. What weight do you have for that?

For the backpack, what is the size? FC International Mail does have a size limit as well as a 4 pound weight limit.

Thank you, Kathy, I didn't know about limitations, and I had problems exactly with that backpack

Though they have not 4 pounds, but 13 oz weight limit

Kseniia for International First Class the weight limit is 4 pounds

13 ounces is Domestic First Class weight limit or 16 ounces if you print labels through Etsy

The dimensions for First Class International are max 24 inches length and a combined max of length, height and depth is 36 inches.

What size box do you ship the backpack in?

So your calculated shipping is working just fine and the reason no FC International is showing for that listing is something is over the limits.
