Discount shipping charge on multiple items sold?

I am new to Etsy and signed up for Calculated Shipping. I have searched google and Etsy for answer to this question.

How do I offer discount shipping if purchaser buys multiple items?

If you select other that means money orders, checks, cash. It does not mean your payments to etsy.

I would not recommended selecting Other as a payment method because 99% of the time, the buyer never sends it.

Do you have a Paypal account?
You need a business account to accept money through Paypal.

If so all etsy needs is the email you use for your Paypal account.

If you print your postage with etsy shipping labels, you can schedule a pick up, leave the packages in your mailbox or drop them off at the PO.

I put in my PayPal email address. Now I don't see listed where I offer my customers Direct Checkout?

Do I do anything about sales tax?

Ohio's Sales Tax is 5.75%, but local municipalities can be as high as 8.75%
Should I just put in 5.75%?

That's great Virginia. There are a lot of teams around that can help with different things. Like I don't know the first thing about sales tax! I'm only an expert at calculated shipping.
