Trying to get calculated shipping set up and I am running into a weird issue. Hoping someone can made sense of this.
Using a different account, I put one large 24" tall item in my cart and checked the calculated shipping charge. It looked to come out right all by itself.
I put in a second item a little smaller, but weighted the same in the listing, and combined the shipping charged DROPPED? Huh? That doesn't make any sense...
I tried again using the same first large 24" item and added in a second 24" item, again weighted the same, and the cost increased.. okay.. makes sense.
I am confused on what's going on with the first set of 2 items... When the weight has essentially doubled, the priced dropped.
I went back and checked the listing information on the smaller item and it's all correct.
Any ideas??
