Adding items on iPhone

i am trying to add new items on my iPhone and it is not allowing me to access my shipping profiles. It states that my shop has to be open to the public which I expect it is!!?? I can only add new profiles without calculated shipping (which is awful!) <br>
Can anyone help me fix this problem??  BTW I got an order from Jarkarta, Indonesia because of calculated shipping!! Love it!!

Hi Susan. I would suggest posting this on the regular forums - maybe in Bugs. I don't do anything on my iphone for my shop - I use a laptop. So I can't help you. I think I've seen it isn't possible - but if you post in Bugs, admin may see it and respond.
