How to Make A Treasury

Here are some helpful threads for making treasury's.......

http://www.etsy.com/help/article/82 ( Lots of information )

http://www.etsy.com/treasury/new ( The page you need to make a new treasury )
Be sure to open 2 tabs one for treasury and one for looking up items.

http://shmetsy.com/ ( When you're done with the treasury, make sure you send a convo to all of the featured sellers. Shmetsy has a built in convo sender for that also.)

http://www.craftcult.com/ ( To check and see if a item or a treasury you have made got to the front page )

If you still need help ask questions here.

Thank you Eva

Re: How to Make A Treasury

Thanks Eva - I've been meaning to try shmetsy, because I haven't been notifying sellers that they're in a treasury and notice that many of them don't look at it. I have a theory that it's because their activity feed is loaded with other stuff.

Re: How to Make A Treasury

I will print the list so that when I make treasury's I know who I have used and who I haven't . Thought this may help some one.

Re: How to Make A Treasury

Thanks Eva - that's very helpful. And I know it must have taken a lot of time and effort. That's a great idea to print the list off!!

Re: How to Make A Treasury

It also works very well to have open in one of your tabs when making treasury's
you can click a shop and browse then close that tab and you are right back at your list.

Re: How to Make A Treasury

Opening two tabs is a good idea, Eva. But I've lost several treasuries when I accidentally close the wrong one. So what I now is make my treasury private until I have all my entries and I save it every time I've added a couple of items. Once I have all my entries, then I can switch it to being viewed by everyone.
