Sending packages to Greece

Does anyone know how long it takes to get packages to Greece? I shipped a small package (2oz) to Greece on October 11th and they have contacted me saying they haven't received it yet. I've been told the tracking info is useless outside of the US, is that true for all countries?
I've told her to contact her local post office and try taking the tracking info there to see if it will help. Tracking info shows it in CA on the 13th but nothing after that.

From what I've heard, Greece does take longer than most countries.

Sometimes it international tacking works sometimes it doesn't. It should at least show when the package left the US which might help your customer feel a little more at ease with waiting for it to arrive.

You might try contacting your local post office to see if they can look into finding out more information for you. They should, at least, be able to tell you when and by what means it left California.
