First impressions are important to catching a reader's attention--and your blog certainly meets that criteria. It has a clean (not cluttered) and simple look yet it has lots of info and photos. The layout is easy to follow. Your writing style is also easy going and personable. The only thing I would suggest is be careful about writing anything negative, especially where it concerns someone you know--such as your boss.
