Our Mission: Connect and support the Etsy community in Bristol. How we do this: • Connect the Bristol Etsy community though monthly meet ups in the city • Provide a platform through our Facebook group to encourage creative conversations and peer-to-peer support • Run the annual Etsy Made Local Christmas market event • Promote and share the work of the team on Facebook and Instagram Etsy Team Policies. To be part of the Bristol Etsy Team, you must: • Live in Bristol* • Have an active Etsy shop, or be working towards this. • Engage with the Etsy Team through monthly meet ups, or be active on the Team’s social media, facebook group, or Etsy forum. • Be encouraging and supportive to your fellow Etsy Team. • Be respectful to your fellow Etsy Team. • Be honest and allow for constructive criticism within the group when people seek feedback or advice; though we ask you are considerate and don’t say things that you would not want to hear yourself. (* If you are not based in/around Bristol, we would encourage you to find another Etsy Team in your area. You’re more likely to find more support and reap the benefits of a stronger Etsy community if you seek a local team to you!) What the Leadership Team promise to do: • Communicate with Etsy UK and relay important information back to the Bristol Etsy Team • Organise regular meet ups in Bristol (usually monthly) • Organise the annual Etsy Made Local Christmas market • Manage the social media accounts for the Bristol Etsy Team. The Bristol Etsy Team is a hub for all Etsy Sellers who live in or locally to Bristol. To join the team, you must be located in Bristol or the surrounding area and you must be an Etsy seller. (Please note, there are lots of Etsy Teams around the southwest, so you may find another group more local to you!)
