Search ads for boot cuffs

Search ads have been frustrating for boot cuffs since "boot" is not a keyword... So they use "boots cuffs" and no one searches by that! The other keywords are not very relevant either.... Has anyone had much luck with search ads?

Hi Jean, I have better luck with the regular keyword search for boot cuffs. I believe that cuffs is a keyword for the search ads? I get so confused using this venue with all the SEO, keywords, algorithms, etc. I never seem to hit on the right combination!
