"Knitted Boot Cuffs," by Monica Russel ($9.95, 2012) is a British booklet with twenty boot cuff patterns. Patterns include hearts, flowers, penguins, etc. as well as knitted ribs, cables, etc. It's clear that the British are ahead of us in boot cuffs -- although, judging from the pictures of their Wellies, Doc Martens, and Mary Poppins boots I can see why they want to cover up their boots! :-)
"Boot Cuffs & Ear Warmers," by Deborah Molnar ($5.99, 2013) is an American booklet with five crochet patterns: Cross Stitch, Irish Sea, Ribbed, Ruffled, and Versatility. Each pattern includes boot cuffs and ear warmers. Each pattern is explained in detail, with six pages of instructions and photos. The boot cuffs aren't as imaginative and fun as the British book but they look very good. Plus the American models wear more attractive boots! :-)
