Coupons...thoughts?

Etsy has coupons, under Your Shop > Coupon Codes. I'm thinking of making 50% off coupons for my Bootchkas. Then Boot Cuffs Team members (you) will be able to put the coupons in your boot cuff descriptions. Your customers will buy more boot cuffs from you. (Bootchkas are worn with three pairs of boot cuffs, tripling your sales of boot cuffs.)

You could also send my coupons to your customers who've already bought your boot cuffs.

Should I make unique coupon codes for each seller? Then I can tell you how many of your customers have bought Bootchkas.

Do you want to give me coupons for your boot cuffs to give to my customers when they buy Bootchkas?

Copy and paste the first coupon into your boot cuff listings. Then message the second coupon to your customers who have already bought boot cuffs from you.

To clarify, the coupons will cost you nothing and (hopefully) increase your boot cuff sales. The coupon codes I sent are for your customers to buy my Bootchkas at a lower price.

I'll be happy to put your coupons on my Bootchkas listing. Here's a trick. You can't make coupons for specific items, your coupons are for your entire shop...unless you do the following:

1. Make some listings for three-packs (three pairs) of your boot cuffs. E.g., two pairs of wine red boot cuffs and one pair of dark blue boot cuffs.

2. Add a matching scarf, e.g., a wine red and dark blue scarf made from the same yarn.

If your boot cuffs sell for $20 and your scarves sell for $30, price the package at $90.

3. Go to "Your Shop > Coupon Codes" and make a coupon with the "Minimum Purchase" set higher than the individual items in your shop but lower than the package price. E.g., set the "Minimum Purchase" at $85. Set the "Discount" at whatever you want, e.g., $20.

With the coupon, your package of three pairs of boot cuffs plus a scarf will cost $70. The $20-off coupon can't be used for any items in your shop except the package listings.

Now send messages to your boot cuffs customers with my coupon for 50% off Bootchkas plus your coupon for $20 off your package. Your customers will get Bootchkas, three boot cuffs, and a scarf for $119!

4. Then to close the deal, tell your customers you'll take another $20 off if they only want two more pairs of boot cuffs plus the scarf. They've already bought boot cuffs from you, right? For $99 they'll have Bootchkas, three pairs of boot cuffs, and a scarf.
