Hello,
After closing my shop on etsy for about 4 years, i reopen it with with hope to find more clients who really appreciate my art.
Just 10 days after listing some products, a client messaged me to ask about the features of some product. My chock is that i cannot message her as my message setting is blocked so i cannot reply . I have contacted Etsy 2 times during the last 2 days without any result.
I am So sad that I have not found any reply or help from Etsy.
I also Have a question to jewellers community, does Etsy worth a shot on 2022?
