Mailing List

Anyone use anything like mailchimp to get a newsletter going? I've been thinking of starting one up. I'm not sure what sorts of things I would put in it but maybe updates on products, blog post highlights, sometimes a contest?

I feel like I've been gunning it on twitter and the blog pretty hard... I'd really like to have more success at getting followers of my work/blog together...

Re: Mailing List

I've been seeing bits and pieces from around too. I had heard it was a good idea because then if you ever move where you were selling or make changes to your business, it's easy to make sure your customer base knows where to find you. I'm not looking to go anywhere, but I like the idea of delivering news to people where I know they'll get it...

Re: Mailing List

I use MailChimp for my blog which goes out once a week. And I'll be linking it to my ecommerce site Newsletter.

On my blog, I even have 1 whole subscriber!! LOL. Guess you have to start somewhere! I haven't really promoted it yet aside from it being on my blog.
