Just off the top of my head, the banner looks like you are five. Do you have a good editing program? I know it can be super hard to make them sometimes, I always struggle with those sorts of things, but try not to put anything up that isn't perfect in my eyes. While I am at it, let me mention, don't take pictures with the toliet in the background... I'd try and stay out of the bathroom all together. Set up a little beauty place in your house somewhere, probably bedroom if you don't have a room to devote to it, and do things there. I've been watching a lot of youtube, and have noticed that the people who are big get better and better photography the more they do it. So, I'd work on that, your photos are fairly good now, but could be better. If you always look like you are super professional, then people will assume you are. As for your blog layout, I don't have much to say, it looks a lot like mine...
The latest tip, that I am thinking I need to do more of, is to follow people in your niche, so in the makeup. Follow the big people, and the small alike. If they follow back, great, if not, don't worry. A lot of people follow back. And that is the latest tip I am going to be trying out for myself.
