As a new momma that is crafty :), I came up with a handmade crocheted bottle/cup cozy with a strap that has made our lives sooo much easier when our baby .. now toddler was ready to drink from her bottle on her own .... this cozy fits around her bottle (now sippy cup) .. and attaches to her car seat, stroller strap, high chair .. anything really .. and when she decides to throw down her cup ... it just dangles - top facing up ... and she will just pull it back up when she is ready to drink more.
