I am looking for one (or more) sponsors for a Let's Get Crafty Giveaway. You can offer craft supplies or a finished product. Total prize value must be $25.

Number of Links on the giveaway form will be determined by the prize value offered by the sponsor.

1 Link=$2 prize
2 Links=$4 prize
3 Links=$6 prize
4 Links=$8 prize
5 Links=$10 prize

1st link is facebook follow, second link is twitter follow, 3rd link is pinterest follow, 4th link is a shop visit, 5th link is email or newsletter subscription.

You will not receive the email address of the winner. I will contact the winner for shipping address and you will send the prize agreed upon betweeen us in convo.
