To be honest your shop needs a little work. The banner photo is very blurry and thus distracting. Also your photos are very dark, I can't tell if the shirts are white or heather gray…and they're wrinkled. My suggestion is to photograph them on a mannequin…outside, in natural light.
Not trying to sound mean here, I'm just being honest.
As far as views, I've been told that the more stuff in your shop, the more chance someone's search will take them to your shop.
