To FB or Blog - that is the question

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but....

Ok so I am pretty new to this, but I have quickly discovered that etsy is all about networking. so I am asking the pros!

Should I set up a separate Facebook page for my Shop?
I think I would prefer NOT to mingle it with my personal life.
And I can NOT get MyEtsy to work anyway (something about unsecured browsing is not allowed). If so the what do I set it up as business, artist ......

I know I should probably do a blog, but it seems overwhelming right now when I can barley get all my orders out and keep up with networking on the site with teams and treasuries and BNRs - oh my!
