My Shop SEO tips needed:)

Hello everyone:)

I have been selling on Etsy for a while and don't seem to be getting anywhere with very few sales. I know I am in a over saturated market (jewellery and accessories), but I was wondering if it could be something to do with my SEO's. Now I am useless with SEO's and would really appreciate some help!! Is that where I am going wrong?
What tips can anyone give me to help optimise my views?

Hi Jess,

I would start by taking new pictures. The colors are not that well, use - http://www.picmonkey.com/ - it's not that difficult. Bright up the colors, give them a fresh new look.

Work on your titles - your key word has the be in the first 3 words.
* Denim and Dark Blue Geometric Tapestry Envelope Necklace
* Geometric necklace, grey blue necklace, pendant necklace

Make longer TAGS - use the all 20 lettres
* Girl > inexpensive girl gift
* Women > women necklace
* Necklace > pendant necklace
* Unique > unique jewelry
* Blue > blue grey necklace
* Geometric > abstract geometric
* ....

Who is it for - leave it open. Also a girl or friend or grandmother can wear it. You make your group of potentiel buyers smaller.

That sounds like some great advice above as I've also been having a really hard time getting views too. I've been working on my SEO and Etsy relevancy repeated. Trying new keyword tags with each new listings I post to see the difference in their views. Even looking at the tags used in others who have similar products who come up in the searches I make (I go though pages and pages and I'm still not coming up AND I have the same tags... I just don't get it). And.... nothing. It's almost worse now.

I'm really frustrated as I've already done the above ^ and used Google's Adwords to find 4 sets of keywords (with low competition and highish search numbers) for each type of product and littered those phrases throughout my copy/message for Google searches, but have only had 1 view from Google!!!

I'd just hate it to be a simple thing I'm overlooking.

If it is, I'm sure it'll be relevant for Jess as well.
