Help with tags/improving search results and views

Hi, was recommended to these forums after asking for help in another team.
I think it is mostly tags where I am falling down, I have just redone some on the item below, would like any feedback in relation to how I could improve etc.

Hi there

I am also new to Etsy and am reading up on SEO etc.
Looking at other more established Etsy shops I can see that within a few hours of listing a product they already have a few hundred (or even >1000) views. How is this possible? What can I do to increase my views?

I'm still learning about all of this as well. I joined the team hoping to learn as much as possible about getting my items to show up in search. I get very low views and I think this is why. Any help is appreciated. I'm going to read the links TangledMetal displayed above. THANKS!
