I totally agree with Crochetgal. I hadn't actually looked at the listing or even noticed the title above. To be relevant for Etsy and optimised for SEO your titles need to say more and your tags need to include all the words from that title.
Titles - at the absolute minimum should fill the url space given and should give enough information so the buyer can tell at a glance before they see the image exactly what it is including things like colour. Titles should be the most searchable words possible for that item. Think like a buyer ie what words would they use if they were looking for this item.
Tags - should be 2-3 word phrases made up primarily of words in your titles. So the first one should be cross body bag. Tags are not the primary information used in Etsy relevancy searches, they are part of it along with other factors but the main resource is still titles so we believe.
You can never fully work out why one item is more relevant than another because we do not know the exact content of the algorithm used and Etsy are not going to tell us that. Unless two items have exactly the same title, exactly the same tags, were listed/renewed at exactly the same time for example you can never make a proper comparison.
