Does anyone have a problem with there whipped body butters melting during shipping?

I was wonder if this would be a problem in the summer months.

Yes, I did have some whipped soap melt. My customer was very nice about it, but it really bothered me. I condensed my recipe.
I put vinyl tape around the edge of each of my containers before shipping now. What do the rest of you do?

Have you tried increasing your wax content a little bit? It you use jojoba esters, it helps with the melting -- depending on what else you're using in it, you might need to tweak your recipe a little so they're not too stiff.

I've discovered vegtable stearic acid. Its great at thickening! Does anyone else use it? what do you use it in?
